Booking cannot be accepted from persons under 18 years of age.

No group bookings of single sex parties unless special arrangements made.

A deposit of £50-00 is required on booking.  After booking confirmed the remainder of the balance to be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of the holiday.

Arrival after 2pm and leave by 10 am on day of departure.

Any pets by arrangement as it is a working small holding.
